This Privacy Policy describes how logigame collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our Platform. We operate under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and PAGCOR's regulatory requirements for Philippine online casino operators.
Six core commitments logigame makes to every player regarding personal data.
logigame processes your personal data in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules, and the National Privacy Commission's issuances. Your data rights under Philippine law are fully respected.
All data transmitted between your device and the logigame Platform is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Account passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — logigame staff cannot read your password. Sensitive KYC documents are encrypted at rest.
logigame does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Your data is used only for the purposes described in this Policy and disclosed to third parties only where required by Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct inaccuracies, to object to processing, to erasure under certain conditions, and to data portability. logigame provides mechanisms to exercise all of these rights.
logigame retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation (typically five years for AML-related records). Data is securely deleted or anonymised upon expiry.
logigame does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. All accounts undergo age verification. If logigame discovers data has been collected from an underage person, that data is immediately deleted and the account closed.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal information collected by logigame ("logigame," "we," "us," or "our") through the website logigame.club, any associated mobile interfaces, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). logigame acts as the data controller in respect of all personal data processed under this Policy.
By registering for a logigame account or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data as described herein. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the logigame Terms & Conditions.
logigame processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances. PAGCOR's regulatory requirements for anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, and responsible gaming also inform our data processing practices.
When you create a logigame account, we collect the following information:
In compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements, logigame collects:
logigame records all deposit and withdrawal transactions, including payment method identifiers (e.g., GCash mobile number, bank account number masked to last four digits), transaction amounts in Philippine Peso, transaction timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. Full payment credentials (e.g., complete card numbers) are not stored on logigame's systems.
logigame maintains records of all gaming sessions, including games played, bets placed, outcomes, session durations, and balances over time. This data is required for PAGCOR regulatory reporting and for logigame's responsible gaming monitoring systems.
logigame automatically collects technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, screen resolution, referring URL, pages visited within the Platform, and session timestamps. This data supports fraud detection, security monitoring, and Platform performance optimization.
If you contact logigame's support team, we retain records of the communication, including chat logs, email correspondence, and any information you provide during the interaction.

Such processors are contractually bound to process data only on logigame's instructions and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
logigame does not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, logigame ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including contractual clauses imposing data protection obligations equivalent to those under Philippine law, consistent with the National Privacy Commission's guidelines on cross-border transfers.
logigame's primary data processing infrastructure for Philippine player data is hosted in data centres subject to Philippine data sovereignty requirements to the extent required by PAGCOR's operating conditions.
logigame may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulation, logigame's data processing practices, or other operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered logigame account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the logigame Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
