In accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements, logigame is required to verify the identity of all account holders. No promotional offer creates an entitlement to continued promotional treatment. logigame may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements applicable to bonuses already credited to a player's account will be honoured to their conclusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, logigame's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made to your logigame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. logigame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct by logigame.
logigame's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the logigame Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and logigame. By registering for a logigame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
logigame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their logigame account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable Philippine law. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the logigame Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the Platform's complaint resolution process or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a complaint to logigame's support team via live chat or email. logigame will endeavour to resolve complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
